Born in Scarborough, Shad spent his early years there before moving to Thornhill. Over the years, he has lived in several parts of the Greater Toronto Area, including downtown Toronto and Lakeview in Mississauga. His personal experience across these diverse communities gives him a deep understanding of the region’s many real estate markets. Today, he lives in York Region with his family.
